About You

We are looking for an experienced, organised, enthusiastic, and positive person who can offer excellent customer service to our students and staff.
You will provide customer focused ICT support for desktop and key applications to agreed service level standards in the day to day running of the ICT Service Desk.
Educated to degree level in IT (or a specialist or professional qualification relevant to this area) you will also have a level 2 qualification in Maths and English.
About Role
In this exciting role you will need to be able to demonstrate strong customer care skills.
You will respond to customer requests for ICT support in accordance with service desk procedures and agreed service standards.
You should be comfortable prioritising your own work and working to tight deadlines. You should be a team player with excellent communication and organisation skills.
